As a barista, you are expected to perform a range of essential job functions in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.

The store operates with multiple workstations and responsibilities. Team members are expected to demonstrate strong hands-on ability and a willingness to learn.

• Prepare and serve a variety of freshly made tea beverages, including those made with fruits, milk, tea, tapioca pearls, and other creative toppings, following established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure the correct ingredients and proportions are used for each drink, including tea, milk, fresh fruits, tapioca pearls, and other toppings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including prepping ingredients (e.g., cutting fruits) and cleaning equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring all ingredients (including fruits) and supplies are stocked and stored properly
• Adhere to company health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and staff
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in training new team members on drink preparation and operational procedures
• Support store operations as needed, including working overtime hours when required by business needs and in compliance with applicable labor laws
• Stay updated on new menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions to enhance the customer experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor
• New hires will start from foundational tasks and gradually receive position-based training and assessments
• Team members are expected to demonstrate strong hands-on ability and a willingness to learn
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and equipment cleaning procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a clear and professional manner

• Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on different tasks within the store
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
